Overview

Michael and Mel loved the convenient inner-north location and the house itself had “good bones” but everything was tired, things were breaking/leaking, and they could see better, more intelligent ways to use the available space which was needed for their growing family.

Highlights

• Installation of dual sky-windows in kitchen.

• Additional window in dining room to balance natural light in lounge room.

• Increasing space in Bathroom by shifting the wall an additional 500mm.

• Create a mini entry way by reclaiming front porch area.

• Increase space in kitchen by removing dividing wall and relocating hot water tank.

• Embellish existing chimney/fireplace.

• New kitchen, bathroom, laundry, new flooring/carpet throughout, built in robes in all bedrooms, repainted interior/exterior.
